4. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Your order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days following confirmation of payment. Under normal circumstances, orders are handed over to the shipping carrier within 1–3 business days.

The shipping fee is stated on the order page and, unless otherwise specified, shall be borne by the BUYER.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER by e-mail or in writing within this period.

The returned product must be unused, in a resalable condition, and returned together with its original packaging.

6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products specially prepared according to the BUYER's requests or personal needs, products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, and products whose packaging has been opened and which cannot be resold.

7. COMPLAINTS AND COMPETENT AUTHORITIES

In disputes arising from this sale, Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade, while Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes exceeding these limits.
