Sales made through our website are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. All users placing an order through the website shall be deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Purchased products shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the statutory period of 30 days at the latest. The product shall be delivered in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, complete and, where applicable, together with its warranty certificate and user manual.

Shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer. In the event that the product price is not paid or the payment is cancelled by the bank, the Seller's obligation to deliver shall terminate.

In the event that delivery is delayed due to force majeure circumstances that could not have been foreseen by the Seller, the Buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or request that the delivery be postponed.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and should not accept products with dented, broken, torn packaging or visible damage from the shipping company. A product that has been accepted upon delivery shall be deemed to have been received without damage.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the purchased product, without giving any reason and without being subject to any penalty.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, its packaging must be unopened, it must not be damaged, and it must be in a resalable condition. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.

Shipping costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Buyer.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Following receipt of the withdrawal notification, the product price shall be refunded to the Buyer within a maximum of 10 days. The product must be delivered to us within 20 days from the date of the withdrawal notification.

In the event of any loss in value caused by the Buyer's fault, the Seller shall have the right to claim compensation for the resulting damage.
