4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

4.1. The product subject to the Agreement shall be delivered to the delivery address provided by the BUYER at the time of placing the order, provided that the statutory period of 30 (thirty) days is not exceeded.

4.2. Shipping costs are to be paid by the BUYER..

4.3. If the product is to be delivered to a third party other than the BUYER, the BUYER must provide the recipient's information completely and accurately. The BUYER shall be responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by e-mail or in writing within this period.

5.3. The product returned under the right of withdrawal must:

• Be unused,
• Have its original packaging, labels and, if applicable, protective seals undamaged.

5.4. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the BUYER, except in cases involving defective products.

5.5. Following receipt of the withdrawal notification by the SELLER, provided that the return conditions are met, the product price shall be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Products specially prepared in accordance with the BUYER's requests or personal needs,
• Products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons,
• Products whose packaging has been opened and which can no longer be resold.

7. COMPETENT AUTHORITY

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence or the Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction, depending on the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

8. EFFECTIVENESS

The BUYER acknowledges that, in relation to the order placed through the ohlalakoala.com website, they have read, understood and electronically approved all terms of this Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement.
